Enrico Sevi is Temporary Research Fellow at University of
L’Aquila in a research project applying simulations models for the analysis of
organizational relationships. From the 2006 to the 2009 Enrico has been
Temporary Postdoctoral Research Fellow at LIUC University of Castellanza in the
context of Project FIRB “Socrate” [Artificial Societies for Competition and
Collaboration. Knowledge Networks, Organizational Reputation and Industrial
Clusters], founded by the Italian Ministry of Research. In this project he
collaborates in analysing the effects of corporate reputation on industrial
cluster performance by applying and comparing field research and computer
simulations. Enrico earned his PhD on Information Systems at Luiss University of
Rome in 2006. In his thesis he suggested the application of simulation
techniques to management science and it applied an agent-based simulation model
to milestone of organization design theory. He teaches Organization Science,
Organizational Behaviour, Knowledge Management and Communication Management at
University of L’Aquila. His main research activities deal with the development
and analysis of agent-based simulation models. In his works this methodology is
applied to many fields: inter-organizational network, organization theory and
design, decision theories, and cognitive aspects of teamwork and firms
interaction. His main publications deal with the effects of cognitive variables
on inter-firm networks and work group performance.
